Pre-packaging cleanup

During creation process, I added to my project every single kit of asset I own, and imported way too much stuff for deployement. I want flexibility to use what I want during the creative process, and discard the excess later.

It seems that when packaging, everything goes into the packaging, even the 90% of mesh, textures and assets that won’t ever be in the game.

How can we do a cleanup before packaging, or tell packaging not to use stuff that exists nowhere in the game?
