I am wanting to purchase a pre-made zombie defense game where I can easily edit the characters, guns, bullet projectiles, zombie animations, etc. Is there a place on the forums or another website where I can purchase pre-made content from developers? Please let me know!

Yes, this is a very specific request, you’ll probably have to pay $$ - $$$ for something like that to be made for you. May I ask why you are looking for a game pre-made? It may help us better address your issue.
Probably for all the same reasons why Unity users purchase pre-made games or Epic produces pre-made game templates.
As far as I know there is nothing like that around, but take a look at the samples that you can find on the marketplace. Also make sure to take a look at some tutorials, because such a kind of game is not so difficult to develop.
