How can I completely remove or off the pre-game in a Fortnite Map? I want players to start the game immediately without waiting in the pre-game lobby or area. What settings or steps do I need to adjust to achieve this? appreciate all the help))))

The Game Start options in Island Settings control this.
Autostart will need to be checked, otherwise it will default to a 90 sec wait, and set its value to 0sec
There is also the game start countdown, which you can set to 0sec
