PPI export seemingly not connecting

Hi,

I’m getting the following message when I try and export point cloud data using my PPI licence:

“An unexpected error has occurred, please wait a bit and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support staff.”

It was working fine for me a couple of days ago, and the problem has now persisted for me since 5 or so hours ago.

Happens to me too, all of the sudden after everything worked ok.
Need urgent assistance

We are currently experiencing this same issue.
The issue seems unique to this project, as we are unable to export the reconstructed model from the same project from other workstations. It is not connection related as other projects are able to be exported from the same machine and from the same RC session. Similarly, exports on our other machines are currently occurring successfully, as expected.
Could this be a problem with license generation? When this happens is the solution to simply start over and hope it works the second time around?

Yes, same problem here. Old projects with licensed PPI data export just fine. The new project is unable to license the input data.
