Hi,
no matter what I do - loeading a laserscan or calculating a mesh. The app throws this error and halts all operations. Restarting helps for a bit but then it happens again.

I just synchronized my windows clock (it was of by 1minute) and is on autosync now. Did not help.

we are aware of this issue.
It was reported that this helped: hold SHIFT and open RealityCapture. In the reset dropdown window choose Make it like a clean install and reset RealityCapture.
Also, try updating your Windows OS.
