Powered up my computer and the first thing I see is this

I didn’t even launch RC or have it stored as a start up, but this was the first time seeing this error screen. Anyone else countered this before?

What version of RC do you use? Did you update it to the newest one?

It happend to me in version 9303, havent experienced it in 9696
