Hi,
I am trying to animate characters (person, animal), where they move along a mesh. The mesh can be uneven. The mesh represents a ground terrain that corresponds to ground in real video footage with moving camera. I do camera solve in SynthEyes, build the ground mesh there, then import in UE.
I am adding the animations via sequencer and am not making a game. It is a filmmaking project.

but can’t seem to get this approach working. When I get to about 5:30 mark in the video, UE viewport freezes up after I create blueprint, compile, save, then hit play button.
Then I saw Power IK in marketplace. Curious if this is a good way to implement IK with feet following a specified mesh.
