Potential to accept a new rendering/shader plug-in?

At my company, LEIA (), we are in the process of developing plug-ins for all of the popular game engine platforms for being able to produce rendered output in real-time to our next generation holographic 3D displays.

Would it be possible to package a UE4 plug-in with our custom shader and publish it to the UE4 Marketplace for use by the UE4 development community? I see lots of statically generated assets available, and in the submission guidelines that these are the desired submission types, but I don’t see any mention of anything that might yield additional options in the rendering pipeline in UE4.
