Post-processing material color accuracy issues

I’ve added several custom post-processing materials, including radial blur, custom positional aberration, and custom tonemapping. However, I’ve noticed that more and more of these post-processing materials seem to be causing color accuracy issues, especially in areas with large gradients such as the sky and vignetting. The color gradation is becoming increasingly pronounced. I initially suspect this might be a post-processing accuracy problem.

Are there any solutions?:sob:
