Post process effects with a Cube render

So I am using a cube render for the 360 camera effect and would like to be able to add post process effects. All of the post process volumes work in my other cameras and as far as I can tell everything should be solid. The only thing I have been able to find so far that might affect it is that I know 2d texture renders start with HDR as the capture source as oppose to LDR, is it the same for cube renders? Is there anyway to change this? The drop down does not appear to exist for the cube render like it does for the 2d render.
