Post-Process effects settings not showing

Hello,
i would like to ad post-process effects to my game, but it seams that the settings aren’t showing.
This is what it looks like:

(sorry for the bad quality)

these are all the settings that are being are being showed, there is nothing like bloom, tint or anything similar.
Is there something i have to do or am i just being completely stupid and missing something obvious?

Any kind of help would be appreciated,
thank you in advance.

PS: My system specifications are:
-Linux Mint Rafaela
-Intel i7 4710-HQ quadcore @ 2.5 Ghz, boost up to 3.5 Ghz
-Nvidia GEforce GTX-860
-16 GB Ram

I’m have this same issue on version 4.8 , in the lower versions it is ok . Any sugestion?

They are now collapsed by default.
