Post fixes for texture ghosting?

 

Other posts have discussed texture ghosting in detail (especially this one) and suggest shooting under F11 and preferably from a tripod.

However, I wanted to see if there was any evolution in options where re-shooting is impractical.

For instance, is there any way to assign a subset of the input images for use in texturing?

Its clear issue on ALIGNMENT step, you need  use  diff settings or  CONTROL POINTS as few images are not properly ALIGNED. 

Or disable some of the trouble making  images from Tx - select particular cameras and  DISABLE in Tx.
