Possible not to use normalized root motion scale?

Hi all, I am using root motion animation for my character. I have a set of animations that are shared with two same meshes, one is big, the other is small (60% of the big one).
Now the small one has foot slide problem.
I wonder if there is a way to scale down my animation transform positions to fit the small mesh character?

I saw there is a ‘Use Normalized Root Motion Scale’ option in the Root Motion tab, but I failed to find out how to change the root motion scale.
Anyone can help?

Thank you in advance!

I solved it by setting every value under root motion as true for every animations. Root Motion Root Lock is “Anim First Frame”. Also, automatic transition rules are true and blend settings duration is 0.2 . IDK what causes this but it worked.
