I am trying to address harassment in-game (Fortnite Festival Jam Stage)
When attempting to report the individuals involved tonight, I was only provided with a QR code that redirects me to a dev support portal. This was the only viable option available, as the portal did not present any specific options related to harassment or enforcement matters.
None of the options in the portal appear to be related to reporting harassment, as it seems focused on developer and technical support issues rather than enforcement concerns.
I was redirected here in-game and I’m looking to report a possible ‘developer’ for harassment.. is there an appropriate channel through which I can do so?
I have been attempting to have this issue reviewed by Epic Support since December 2024. The following ticket numbers are associated with this matter:

To date, I have not received a response beyond being informed that the matter would be investigated.
I would like my concerns to be reviewed by the appropriate Epic department, such as Human Resources. Support appears to be focused on customer-related issues and may not be equipped to address concerns involving employees.
