Fixed and worked for me after next steps:

  1. Open folder: UE_5.5_ROOT_FOLDER\Engine\Source\Programs\AutomationTool\Mutable\RunMutableCommandlet
  2. Open terminal window
  3. Execute command: dotnet add package System.Data.DataSetExtensions --version 4.5.0
