PositionFind Look at Rotation vs Direction Constraint.

Hi Everybody!

I need to constrain the orientation of a object so it always faces to another moving objecttried “PositionFind Look at Rotation” which rotates the object but I the Target object is rotation based on it’s COG or Original pivot, I can´t determine it, and I need to rotate on the pivot Offset I´ve done, as when changing rotation from viewport via GUI.
