Pose Asset. One pose affected by another

Hi,

I’m trying to do facial animations for Shinbi from Paragon. I created two simple poses, just to test, called eyeBlinkLeft and eyeBlinkRight. If I change the value of one of them from 0 to 1 it reaches the desired pose. However, if I change the value of eyeBlinkLeft AND eyeBlinkRight to 1, then both eyes are only half closed (Please see gif for clarification).

However, when I try to do the same with KiteBoy in the FaceARExample, the poses are independent of each other (see attachment).

Does anyone know how to fix this, so my poses are independent of one another. I rotated the bones in 3ds max to get the poses.
