Polycount of vehicles for racing games ?

i want to know the polycount limit of vehicles for racing games for high-end smartphones

3-5 K triangles is enough to make a very nice car. Of course without the car interior.

The model posted above seems to use its 5k triangles very well…

But you don’t have to use that less triangles, for instance my xperia z is able to
run the sun temple demo pretty smooth overall. And as far as i know one tree has
about 20k triangles.
But as soon as there are some complex shaders the fps go down, so you should
be careful how your shaders work, they seem to eat the most performance imo :wink:
