[Poll] Opinions on 60fps game with 30fps real-time cutscenes

I’ve been contemplating this for a game because I want to be able to pack in things like more particles, effects, better animations, higher view distances, etc etc and with twice the frame budget, it would allow me to pull off a lot more. I should also note that I don’t want to go the pre-rendered route with things.

Personally, I know that I’m too biased to answer this because I’m one of those people who doesn’t mind games being in 30fps all the time, so I’m curious as to how other people feel about this.
