Plugins menu disappeard

I cannot find the “Plugins…” menu anywhere (where you can enable/disable plugins).
It used to be in Edit menu, but now it’s gone. Anybody had this problem?

Fixed. It seems I somehow disabled the PluginBrowser plugin in the .uproject file (plugin browser is a plugin itself). Edited the .uproject file and it works.
