Plugins Failed to load on Android Device?

Hello People. I am having problems with plugins launching on my phone. When it’s launched It says Failed to load Plugin…
I am making a 2D Game with blueprints and I have activated only the Low Entry EL plugin and Mobile utilities on my project.
And when I deactivate the plugins the "game’ launches on my phone without a problem. I still don’t use any of the nodes from the plugins ,but I will use some of them in the future.
I 've read that I have to build the project in Visual studio , but When I try appears a message that the project has no C++ source code. How can I fix this ? Is there a way to add C++ source in Blueprint project? Sorry for the noob question.
