Plugin Update Auto-Approved but Old Version Is Still Delivered

Hello,

When I submit an update for one of my live plugins, the update gets automatically approved and published within about 2 minutes. However, the plugin itself never actually updates, and the new version is never delivered to my customers.

Fab does not seem to review or properly process the plugin update. I have submitted 3 different versions so far, but the plugin always appears as the very first version I originally uploaded.

Steps to Reproduce

Submit an update for an existing live plugin. Although the update is automatically approved and published, downloading the plugin still delivers the original version instead of the updated one.

Expected Result

After an update is approved and published, the latest submitted version of the plugin should be delivered to customers. Users should receive the updated files and version number instead of the original version.

Observed Result

Although the update is approved and published, customers continue to receive the original first version of the plugin. The updated files and version number are not reflected, even after submitting multiple updates.

@LizzySphinx Hello, I emailed the support team but haven’t received a reply yet, so I’m writing here.

The problem is solved. I needed to update the product link in the updates that were sent. I was updating the products using the same link before.
