This is a plugin to simulate and render hair strand. This plugin can work on all platforms.
You can also use Hairworks of Nvidia to simulate hair though, it only works on PC platform and cannot work on Console and Mobile platform.

Effect after some optimization:
It remains to add wool and methods to quickly create a hair, fur and plug-in steeper than the available technology. It’s easier TressFx for which there is no demo. The TressFx files in the engine are imported but the hair is not displayed. NeoFur max version 4.18. HairWorks does not respond to the collision of the world.
