[Plugin] glTFRuntime for loading static meshes/skeletal meshes/animations at runtime

Hi everyone, i am pleased to announce the first public release of the glTFRuntime Plugin:

It allows you to load various assets (in glTF 2.0 embedded format) at runtime.

This is a showcase of the current features:

The plugin is fully opensource but will be available soon in the marketplace (30$, already under review) for anyone who wants to sponsor the project
