Plugin Deliverable

Hey,
so i am creating a plugin and i am in the process of finishing up and i was now wondering if i needed the compiled folders in the deliverable?

this is stated:

if you have source code you can delete Binaries and Intermediates, but if it’s a plugin from a 3rd party that you don’t have source code for then you should leave Binaries alone.

shouldnt the source code of the plugin always be in the plugin folder (assuming that its a code plugin)?
