Greetings @enderdragon063
Welcome to the Unreal Engine Community Forums! With the crash showing ‘You do not have any debugging symbols’ etc, you’d need to go to your Epic Launcher. Once it’s open click on Unreal Engine on the left side, click on settings, and then enable the debug logging. When you re-open UE it should generate the actual error. Post that here and I’ll be happy to take a look. Thanks!
Hey @enderdragon063!
To add on a bit more to what @FrostyJas explained, if you do not have your editor symbols installed you need to do the following. Find your current engine version in your library → click the arrow next to launch → select “options” → check the box for “Editor symbols for debugging” → press apply. This will initiate a download and install that will get you set up!
The information Quetzalcodename provided should help guide you there. If you’re unable to get it resolved I will monitor the thread and you can post back here. We’ll look into additional information. Thanks!
Right, I just tried it again. and the error was this

I currently have 151gb free on the drive it is installed on.
I can not figure out why I cant run Unreal on this machine.
Thank you. I just tried again to run it, -thought- it was going to run. Then crashed the moment I moved the cursor.
I posted what the error log said and did the “send report” option.
Have you tested running this with DirectX 11 rather than 12? If not, that’s the next step I’d go to. I’ll monitor this thread and we can work to find a resolution for you.
