Our company Pacific Architecture and Planning Co., Ltd. has tried to buy this program: twinmotion 2020 (full version) by using company’s address and email. On the process of payment, we fill up the personal credit card details, but the purchasing process has not been successfully done. There is no confirmation of purchasing order return back to let us know that the process is done?
Please let us know what should we do to finish the purchasing order.

Are you attempting the make the purchase on the ‘pacific arch’ account?
If so I can notify you that you do not need to make a purchase, because you have already been given free access to Twinmotion 2020! Epic granted free Twinmotion 2020 access to every account which had already registered for our previous release in 2019.
All you need to do is log into the ‘pacific arch’ account on the Epic Games Launcher, navigate to the Twinmotion page, and install.
If you are using the ‘pacific arch’ account, then I am surprised you were able to submit credit card information since I’d expect an error message to notify you that you already have the product.
If you are using a different account, let me know.
