I wanted to load some megascans surfaces but when i click on the arrow upside down (which means download) it became grey and nothing happend. Of course i was loged in my Epic account. I’ve attached my screen record. Please i wait for your responde. Twinmotion 2023.2.1 Comunity edition, Windows 11 but at Windows 10 the same issue / GeForce RTX 3080 10 gb / 16 gb RAM.
