PLEASE HELP, mysterious game breaking bug, much research, no answers

hello, i’m very new to game development, in fact, unreal is my first time, so i may not be as adept to the processes at work to the system. so maybe its a simple fix but there was a harsh crash after enabling collision to many assets then trying to text it with the play button. when i loaded it back up, 3 highly utilized megascan assets were unable to load at startup. i can’t drop them in the scene, they are completely disabled. Error messages pop up as seen in the screenshot. Which is so strange because without touching the assets i load up a VERY old version of the project and everything is in the place it needed to be, nothing broken. But it my current project, it won’t load, can’t drop it in the level nor edit anything on the static mesh file. i can delete it and redownload it but it would remove all of its placements throughout the level and in the mega assemblies. everything lost. is there a way to fix this, because its not the asset thats corrupted, it can be used in other projects but just not this one for some reason. please, i don’t know what’s wrong. i searched many posts but i only saw one slightly similar bug from a Russian person but it was unresolved as well. Please, this would mean very much if it can get fixed.

That looks like an error message, not a crash.

It looks like the files are corrupted. This happens if your internet is spotty, or if you run out of disk space, or if your hard disk is old/corrupted, or if you have some other system problem.

Try removing the files from disk, then running a disk scan on your OS, then attempt to download the files again.

I’ve decided to reevaluate my system files. That’s possibly the reason, i have a couple hundred gigs of data for unreal 5, it highly likely that i need to condense things somehow, I’m very new to this so I’m just like winging it mostly
