I am someone who is about to start learning Unreal Engine for the first time. I’m planning to buy a laptop for Unreal Engine, and I’d like to know if the following specifications will work smoothly. I apologize for the very beginner question, but I sincerely appreciate your help.

Yes but a desktop of the “same specs” always has the better, cheaper, faster, maintainable and properly cooled hardware. My advice, get a desktop.
