Please help me with this issue: Cannot find a compatible Vulkan device that supports surface presentation

I already searched on this forum and on Internet before posting this issue but I did not find anything. If you think that you could help me I can give you more feedback that the ones below.

  • Unreal Editor 5.2.1
  • ArchLinux Updated (Linux 6.4.10)
  • Vulkaninfo detects my 2 graphic cards RTX 2080TI (NVIDIA Optimus Layer)
  • nvidia-smi says Driver Version: 535.98 CUDA Version: 12.2 and both graphic cards are detected.

I would like to say that Blender and Blackmagic Resolve Studio works fine and both apps detects my 2 Nvida RTX 2080 TI Sli.

If you need any log file from my system just let me know it or if you think that this post should be posted in other thread of forum please let me know it and sorry.

@SiraFilms1 Were you able to resolve this issue? Experiencing similar problem.

@sandilyasg I have decided to continue learning Blender instead of UE maybe after the 2 courses I am doing I might go back to UE. I think the issue is related to how UE handles 2 GPU, but I do not have time to start looking for a fix that IMO it should have been fixed.
