I have the Problem since 2 days. The Datasmith Exporter isn't working correctly and I don't know why. I can't connect Archicad 25 with Twinmotion 22 anymore. The error sign occurs and says that I should contact epic games. I already tried really a lot of things, like uninstalled and installed Twinmotion as well as the Datasmith Exporter for Archicad 25. I need to finish my Project and I am really appreciate about your Help. Thank you very much in advance.

Same issue with ArchiCAD25 on Windows 11.
Hi HuntArchitects, my solution was to uninstall ArchiCAD 25 completely and install it again. (before that I only tried to uninstall Twinmotion and the plugins, but that was not the solution). There was a mistake in ArchiCAD because I uploaded BIMX twice and it was mixed with new and old versions. That's why the connection between ArchiCAD and Twinmotion wasn't working correct anymore. Now everything is fine again. (The technical hotline from Graphisoft was a big help).
Thanks! Good tip. We resolved our issue today. The problem was due to multiple monitor use. ArchiCAD placed the palette behind other windows on the 2nd monitor. We had to close out everything and reduce ArchiCADs image space to find it.
