1.I can’t sell selling products to EU members
2.I can’t get in touch with the support department.

I’m in a similar predicament. My link for address verification didn’t work, it just takes me to the trader info page where I can’t upload the proof of address. When I try to upload it via https://support.fab.com, it doesn’t let me upload the PDF. I have contacted support via email and have been going back and forth without resolution. Honestly, all I need is an upload button that actually works for my PDF.
