The only thing I would advise is to diversify the assortment. And do some optimization, because 500k triangles is not a very light model. Your big buildings are better optimized than the little ones.
P.S. And you are trying to tell about the difficulties of life to a person who lives in Ukraine near the very war line. I think this is a so-so idea.
