It appears playtime calibration is slower than the rows update response causing maps to be kicked before playtime calibrates.

Steps to Reproduce
Track a map that is in new and updated most engaging. If you have a high CTR map that can get 500 players within about 30 minutes the row then thinks you have bad playtime and kicks you before true playtime shows.
Expected Result
It should calibrate your playtime first then decide if you should be kicked.
Observed Result
Maps are kicked and playtime shows much lower in the portal. But then 4 hours later the playtime shows properly in the portal and the map returns to the row.
