Hello,
Our development team is currently using EOS to matchmake for STAR WARS: Galactic Racer™ - and as such we are asking players on consoles such as PS5 and Xbox series to link their console accounts to Epic accounts to enable this feature.
They have implemented the EOS overlay to notify players when accounts are linked, however during Certification on PlayStation an issue was raised in regards to a PlayStation logo that had the tm removed.
We notified PlayStation that this was not something we could action as the UI for account linking was managed entirely on your side here at Epic, still, they requested that we open a support ticket with you to determine the best way to address this issue.
I have an image ready to share, and the details of the issue raised by PlayStation, if needed.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to look into this issue for us, and as we are currently sitting in certification with Sony, we would appreciate an expedited response if possible.
