Player Cam as Widget for Dungeon Crawler style game?


I want to create a game with a GUI similar to that of a Dungeon Crawler where the player cam is only a windowed element on the GUI and not full screen.

I can create a full screen GUI that overlays the full screen player camera (like a pause menu), and in the gui I can create a render target that shows live video feed of the player camera. However, my concern is that is Unreal basicaly rendering/processing the player cam or level twice if I do this?

Maybe Unreal Engine just isnt designed for this which is fine, but would just like to check here on the forum.
