Play sound during level change


I was wondering if it is possible to have a sound play during the level change such as a door opening and closing, right now during the change all audio cuts, having the two ambient sounds from the levels to crossfade would be really nice


As far as I’m aware logic from GameInstance does not get interrupted by level changing and etc, but I’m not sure you can play soundeffects without level, I have not tried though

I have seen some mention of the GameInstance Class however i can’t seem to find any documentation about it

Also i wanted to mention, the audio would trigger before the level change, it just wouldn’t get cut off during
