Play Rate not affecting animation playback speed

In my animation blueprint, Within State “A,” I have separately adjusted the ‘playrate’ to multiple values & also tried adjusting within the original animation asset but no matter what, it always plays back way too fast. Nothing seems to affect the play rate of the animation.

Answer: Transition was forcing it to complete rapidly. Adding a ‘Time Remaining ratio’ node to and an ‘and’ node fixes the issue. Also changing the parameters to not loop on itself.
