Play a video in IOS UMG 4.17

Hi, I have a problem when it is possible to play a video on the UMG on an iOS device a ipad 2 pro. I did all the steps mentioned here:

and still can not solve it. In the editor the video if it plays but in the ipad pro 2 simply the video comes out in black. What can I do now?

it turns out to be that when the tests were done from unreal at startup, but when doing an IPA and installing it there is if I ran the video
