Hey everyone I know it’s been awhile. I’ve still been fiddling with which kind of fighting game style should I make. Basically I have come to the conclusion that a Super Smash Bros style game would be easier since as we all know it doesn’t have as many animations for characters such as 3d fighting games like Tekken, Soul Calibur, or DOA (Dead or Alive) do. Anyway I would like to know if the platform template that was released today be more suitable for this kind of project. After all SSB does appear like it has some platform gameplay like the Super Mario Bros for example.
