Planar Reflection on mobile bug

Hi Epic! I have a problem with Planar Reflection on mobile.

If Mobile HDR is off:

Reflection quality is good, but the angle is wrong.

If Mobile HDR is on:

The spots vary in size depending on camera angle. Tested on Samsung Galaxy S3
