plain Models

I’m modeling buildings and props based on the TV series ‘The Walking Dead’ Prison Settings (for which are going to be used in my own project).
I’ve got alot more modeling to do before i start making materials for them (which i’m no expert at), all nessessary assets will have collisions with them so they can be directly import into unreal engine 4 for use. So what i’d like to know is would people be interested in them without materials? and would people prefere them as a whole bundle or seperate or a combination of both?. I will upload a few screen shots showing a few of the assets in Unreal Engine 4 in the next few days.

Thanks

As long as you can just drag and drop tiling materials that follow the guidelines (1 unit in UV space equals 1m in world space) I would think it’s OK. I would personally make some quick materials even though what you are selling is the models just so the quality of the UV mapping and how the model is separated into different materials is clear from just looking at screen shots.

I don’t think many would be interested in models they would have to create custom textures for before it can be used.
