Pixelated / Cell Shaded material.

Hey guys was wondering getting this low res / pixel art look within UE4.

I feel crummy asking for a handout without atleast attempting some ground work on my own, but i’ve drawn a blank.

So, how does one have that pixelation effect just affect one object, so that everything behind that object looks pixelated?

I’m also very interested in this sort of effect. I’d love to make a 3-d object that actively pixelates, appearing like a sprite, yet leaves the rest of the scene intact.
