Pixel Streaming stuck on 'WebRTC connected, waiting for video'

hi there,
I’ve set up a project using Pixel Streaming over my LAN/WLAN.
Everything works fine while using PC browsers like Chrome or Edge, either accessing using LAN or WIFI.
But when it comes to Chrome or Safari on mobile phones,
it just stuck on ‘WebRTC connected, waiting for video’ after clicking ‘start’ on the page.

Does anybody know how to solve this?
Thanks a lot in advance.

I’ ve the same issue. Someone can help us?
Do you have solve this problem?

I am experiencing the same issue using the Opera browser on UE 4.26, I haven’t found any solution yet.

I had the same issue. Stuck on ‘webrtc connected, waiting for video’ after clicking ‘start’.
After I removed r.GPUCrashDebugging=true in my project Config\DefaultEngine.ini, it’s gone.

To solve the problem, I started a new third person project, and Pixel Streaming worked well. So I checked all the .ini files, and It’s the only difference I found.

Did it solve? Btw can I suggest Arcware CloudRT? It’s a free-to-start unreal streaming cloud service. There you have everything ready to use. Just upload your project and Stream. you don’t need to make or configure any signaling server or anything. But in any case, if you stumble upon something, they also offer support.

Just let your game stay on the screen,it‘'s ok
