Any chance you can post the logs from your crashed Unreal Engine application from Saved/Logs?
Additionally, can you post the logs from the cirrus.js signalling server?
Lastly, are you using the latest signalling server etc from the https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine/tree/release/Samples/PixelStreaming/WebServers/SignallingWebServer directory? Note, this is the new directory from 4.27 onwards.
