Pixel Streaming Bandwidth and Quality Resolution

My team installed the pixel demo and everything seems working fine when it comes to the resolution quality, fps adjustments, and bandwidth bit rate.

For some reason, when they try to incorporate it into the actual game, nothing worked in terms of controls. the game works fine using the pixel streaming and we are able to play, but all controls in UI do not have any effects on the engine, so if I changed the control to 0.5 Mbps, or 720, or anything else, it does not have any effect on the game streaming quality.
