Pixel Skipping/Choppiness as a result of Enhanced Input not detecting lower values on Mouse

I’m having trouble making Unreal detect low values. It can’t read values lower than 0.070 which makes this annoying pixel skipping effect, I’m moving my mouse as slow as I can.

Note that this issue happens regardless of FOV, this clip simply makes it more apparent.

Mouse: Mouse DPI: 1600, pooling rate: 1000
Unreal Engine 5.3

I don’t have this problem with other games.
Tried on a fresh 3rd person project.
I’ve researched this issue and this isn’t related to Player Controller Cursor, Input Mode (Game or Game/UI), or some plugin
Please let me know how I can improve this
