PIE window always starts in full screen and won't let me change size

Changing the default window resolution works for a moment, but then the game automatically reverts to full screen and I can’t change the window size. It never used to do this and I’m not sure what setting I have changed.

Nevermind found the issue. I was capping my FPS using Set Frame Rate Limit and Apply Settings nodes, and wasn’t aware that Apply Settings also applies other changes such as full-screen mode.
