PIE New Editor Window locations not saving

When I use PIE with the New Editor Window set a window will pop up, but if i move it and relaunch the window the position isn’t saved. Infact if i uncheck “Always center window to screen” setting in “Game Viewport Settings” and change the Left Position and Top Position values the window will continue to spawn right in the center.

It’s been doing this to me since 4.18. When I use 4.17 it works just fine.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I believe I checked in a fix for review by Epic months ago that fixes that behavior, see https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine/pull/4282, however it still hasn’t been.

Does this happen for everyone now? I just downloaded the 4.20 preview build and it still centers the editor window.
